Each washer incorporates multi-zone cleaning chambers (pre-rinse → detergent wash → intermediate rinse → optional hot-rinse/sanitization at 82–85 °C) that combine high-impact rotary spray manifolds with adjustable wash pressure and conveyorized or trolley-based loading. This ensures vessels are cleaned to microbiologically safe standards while reducing water, chemical, and energy consumption. Advanced water recirculation and filtration maintain consistent performance even under heavy soil loads.

Key features include CIP-ready wash tanks with inline filtration, automated chemical dosing for consistent detergent concentration, inline temperature monitoring and control, hygienic sloped surfaces for complete drainage, and easy-access maintenance doors to simplify servicing. PLC/SCADA automation enables recipe-driven wash cycles for different vessel types and soil levels, ensuring flexibility across catering operations. Optional hot-air or high-velocity air-knife blow-off systems reduce residual moisture, delivering vessels that are dry and ready for immediate reuse in cooking or food prep areas.
