Features include CIP-ready tanks with filtration, auto-dosing, inline temperature control, easy-access maintenance doors, hygienic sloped surfaces for full drainage, and PLC/SCADA automation with recipe management for different utensil and vessel types. Optional high-velocity air-knife or hot-air drying reduces residual moisture, enabling faster turnaround to food preparation or cooking areas. These systems support HACCP/FSMS compliance, ensuring safety and hygiene in large-scale food service and catering environments.
