SS304/316 with food-grade seals and sanitary welds, our washers ensure reliable cleaning
of crates, trays, and ingredient bins by removing starches, sauces, gravies, oils/fats,
dairy residues, flour dust, and chocolate/coating carryover.
Multi-zone chambers (pre-wash → detergent wash → rinse → optional hot-rinse/sanitize
at 82–85 °C) combine high-impact spray patterns with adjustable conveyor
speeds to deliver consistent, microbiologically safe results while minimizing water,
chemical, and energy use.
Features include CIP-ready tanks with filtration, auto-dosing, inline temperature control, easy-access maintenance doors, hygienic sloped surfaces for full drainage, and PLC/SCADA automation with recipe management for different SKUs (canteen crates, bakery trays, catering bins, etc.). Optional high-velocity air-knife blow-off reduces residual moisture, enabling faster turnaround to food preparation or packaging areas. These systems support HACCP/FSMS compliance, ensuring safety and hygiene in large-scale food service operations.
