flour dust, and chocolate/coating carryover.
Multi-zone chambers (pre-wash → detergent wash → rinse → optional hot-rinse/sanitize
at 82–85 °C) combine high-impact spray manifolds with adjustable wash
settings to deliver consistent, microbiologically safe results while reducing water,
chemical, and energy consumption.
Features include CIP-ready tanks with advanced filtration, automated chemical dosing, inline temperature monitoring and control, hygienic sloped surfaces for full drainage, and easy-access maintenance doors for operator convenience. PLC/SCADA automation with recipe-driven programs allows customization for different kitchen ware and soil loads. Optional high-velocity air-knife or hot-air drying ensures faster turnaround to food preparation and serving areas. All washers are designed in compliance with HACCP/FSMS standards, guaranteeing safety, hygiene, and efficiency in demanding commercial kitchen and catering environments.
